Jolly Barnyard 1st Birthday...Part 1
My little Greyson turns one on Thursday, so we celebrated with family and friends this weekend. We actually ended up having two parties. You'll notice some of the pictures were taken in our house, and some were outside. I had to reschedule with the farm because the forecast called for rain during our party time, so our family that traveled from out of town on Saturday came over to our house for an impromptu party. Then today we headed to the farm with the rest of our guests. The farm was amazing! There was a petting zoo, pony and tractor rides, and a hot dog roast. I still need to sort through all the pics so I'll do another post, but here are some of the highlights.
I knew they had these vintage-looking red tractors throughout the property, so I included one on the invitation and favor tags.
Each bag contained a farm-themed book, a farm animal cookie, little toy farm animals, and candy. The bags for the bigger kids also had farm animal pencils and tattoos.
I ordered the cake from one of our favorite bakeries. I love the cute little clouds and fence around the sides! If you notice some of the grass is a little scattered, that's because Brinkley took a swipe at it right after I placed it on the counter!
I'll try to do a post with the rest of the pictures tomorrow.
